Paws and Pilates Terms and Conditions
By booking, attending, or participating in any class, session, event, or activity offered by Paws and Pilates, each participant acknowledges that participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the completion of any required forms, including a signed liability waiver.
1. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Each participant agrees to sign a liability waiver before participating. By signing the waiver and participating in any Paws and Pilates activity, the participant acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with physical activity, interaction with animals if applicable, use of the premises, and any possible incidents, injuries, accidents, or other unforeseen events that may occur.
2. Refund Policy
If a participant does not show up for a scheduled class, session, event, or appointment, no refund will be issued. If a participant attends but is not satisfied for any reason, no refund will be issued. However, if Paws and Pilates cancels a class, session, event, or appointment for any reason, the participant will be issued a refund.
3. Studio Rules and Personal Items
No open drinks are allowed in the studio or activity area. Participants are expected to leave unnecessary personal belongings at home and bring only essential items needed for the session. Paws and Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises. Paws and Pilates will provide mats and towels for customers to use.
4. Insurance and Uncovered Matters
To the extent any matter, claim, incident, loss, or issue is not specifically addressed in the signed waiver, such matter shall be handled through any applicable insurance coverage. Any review, handling, approval, denial, or payment related to such matter is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and procedures of the applicable insurance provider.
5. Health and Fitness Representation
Each participant represents that they are physically able to participate in the selected class, session, event, or activity. Participants are responsible for consulting a medical professional if they have any concerns about their health, limitations, injuries, or ability to safely participate. Paws and Pilates is not responsible for complications arising from a participant's failure to disclose relevant health conditions or physical limitations.
6. Participant Conduct and Safety
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other participants, and any animals present. Unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class, session, event, or premises without refund.
7. Punctuality and Late Arrival
Participants are expected to arrive on time for scheduled classes, sessions, events, or appointments. Paws and Pilates may limit or deny entry to late arrivals when necessary to avoid disruption, protect safety, or preserve the quality of the experience. Late arrival does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or additional time.
8. Animal Interaction and Behavior
If animals are present during any class, session, event, or activity, participants understand that animals may behave unpredictably despite reasonable precautions. Participants agree to follow all staff instructions regarding animal interaction, handling, spacing, and safety. Paws and Pilates reserves the right to remove any animal from an activity or modify the activity format when necessary for safety or welfare reasons.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Paws and Pilates reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation, or remove any participant whose condition, conduct, or behavior is believed to create a safety risk, disrupt operations, or violate these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, refunds will be issued only if required by the specific circumstances and at the sole discretion of Paws and Pilates, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Emergency Situations
In the event of an illness, injury, accident, animal-related incident, or other emergency, Paws and Pilates may contact emergency services or take other reasonable action as deemed appropriate under the circumstances. Participants remain financially responsible for any medical treatment, transportation, veterinary care, or related costs incurred on their behalf or on behalf of their animal, if applicable.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Paws and Pilates reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updated terms will apply upon posting, distribution, or presentation to participants, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Appropriate Attire
